The performance of lithium electric vehicles approaching sports cars

Green hydrogen is regarded as a truly zero-carbon green energy source. The power of lithium electric vehicles is directly obtained from the electricity stored in the battery, thus it has great advantages in performance.

At present, there are only very few car makers that concentrate resources on hydrogen energy vehicles. Most of them do not completely ignoring its potential, but based on several practical considerations in the market. Lithium electric vehicles are easier to develop and produce than both fuel vehicles and hydrogen vehicles, with lower barriers to entry, and the cost has been reduced to a level acceptable to the market. This is why there are so many new companies for lithium-ion electric vehicles that have sprung up, especially in China. Traditional car manufacturers are even more confident, and have always maintained a wait-and-see attitude towards lithium-ion electric vehicles. They will not announce a series of new car launch plans until 2021 when the time is relatively mature, and they will be able to catch up in a short time.

The biggest difference between lithium electric vehicles and fuel vehicles is that there is no internal combustion engine, and the power is directly obtained from the electricity stored in the battery, so it has an advantage in performance. The first is that the electric motor can provide full torque at any time, and it is not necessary for the internal combustion engine to have to pull up the speed to drive the torque increase. Furthermore, there is no turbo lag, and the performance output is smoother. In addition, the lithium electric car also has a single-pedal design. In addition to recovering kinetic energy, the operation is easier. Stepping on the accelerator with one foot can control the forward and pause of the vehicle. On the other hand, the fuel car must be ready to brake at any time. Lithium-ion electric vehicles are relatively simple in structure. Compared with the complex structure and huge volume of the internal combustion engine of fuel vehicles, it is another significant relative advantage that more space can be released in the body of the same size. The result of the simplification of the interior design of the vehicle creates a better sense of space. In terms of appearance, because lithium electric vehicles are no longer subject to the physical limitations of the front engine or rear engine of fuel vehicles, the flexibility of the design becomes larger, and more streamlined designs can be introduced to reduce wind resistance and increase endurance.

The features such as full power torque and more streamlined styling margin than fuel vehicles make even the entry-level models of lithium electric vehicles approaching supercars in performance. Most drivers love performance, but the more horsepower a gasoline vehicle gets, the more expensive it must be. For the general public, it is better to choose lithium electric vehicles with larger space, moderate price, new technology and higher performance. On the whole, lithium electric vehicles can already meet the above conditions at this stage, so car manufacturers must fully grasp the timing. As for hydrogen energy vehicles, for most car manufacturers, from the point of view of marketing, it is not the right time to put them on the table.
